The Intermunicipal Tourist Office of Pays d’Aubagne et de l’Etoile undertakes to:

  • Provide you with a reception area and an easily accessible information area.
  • Facilitate your plans.
  • Offer you somewhere to sit.
  • Provide free information about local tourist attractions
  • Display and publicise its opening hours in at least two foreign languages.
  • Offer Internet access to check tourist information.
  • Be open for at least 305 days per year including Saturdays and Sundays during the high season or festival days.
  • Answer your emails all year long.
  • Provide a reception service with staff speaking at least two foreign languages.
  • Provide hard copy tourist maps, plans and travel guides 
  • Provide access to its dedicated trilingual website adapted to consultations via mobile media 
  • Circulate its information to tourists also on hard copy translated into at least two foreign languages about:
           - All accommodation classified for receiving tourists, including at least the name of the agency, the postal address, email,
              website address, phone number and classification level.
           - Monuments and cultural, natural or leisure sites of interest to tourists, that may indicate usual prices, opening periods and
              hours for the public, the website and phone and postal addresses.
           - Events and shows 
           - Emergency telephone numbers
  • Update its tourist information every year.
  • Display the emergency phone numbers outside.
  • Present all the suitable options in its coverage area for all types of customers.
  • Give you access to classified available accommodation.
  • Deal with your complaints and evaluate your satisfaction.
  • Provide a tourist information service integrating new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile phones, geolocation, etc.).
  • Respect the demands of the French QUALITE TOURISME standard.
  • Assign you a holiday advisor.
